ShiftScouts ("we," "us," "our") operates a website and a public Telegram group that shares real-time alerts about publicly available Amazon warehouse shift postings. ShiftScouts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

ShiftScouts monitors publicly accessible Amazon hiring pages and posts alerts about detected shift openings to our Telegram group. We do not submit job applications on your behalf, guarantee interviews, or guarantee that any shift will remain available by the time you view or act on an alert.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use our website or join our Telegram group. If you are using our services on behalf of a minor or are a minor yourself, please review this with a parent or guardian first.

When using our website or Telegram group, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute content from our website or Telegram group without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our monitoring systems
• Post spam, harassment, or unlawful content in the Telegram group
• Impersonate ShiftScouts staff or misrepresent your affiliation with us

We reserve the right to remove any user from the Telegram group who violates these terms.

ShiftScouts provides information only. We do not guarantee:

• That any shift alert will still be available by the time you see it
• That applying to a shift will result in an interview, offer, or employment
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any alert, as this depends on factors outside our control, including changes to Amazon's own systems

Our website and Telegram group are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiftScouts and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Telegram group, including missed job opportunities, lost income, or reliance on any alert we post.

Our Telegram group is hosted on Telegram, a third-party platform. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or Telegram group after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
